Project Overview
I rebuilt the websites for Brownies and downieS Uden and Den Bosch, using custom code to replicate the original design while significantly improving performance and flexibility. By developing a clean backend from scratch, i enabled the teams to manage their own content, texts, photos, and updates without technical support.
Both locations now benefit from fast-loading, responsive sites that preserve the familiar look and feel of the previous version, while offering a smoother experience for visitors and more control for the staff. The result is a digital presence that reflects the warmth and professionalism of Brownies and downieS, with the technical foundation to grow alongside them.

Custom Arrangement Builder
To streamline the ordering process, I developed a backend module that allows Brownies and downieS to create and manage their own arrangements (like high teas, lunch specials, or event packages). Each arrangement can be customized with linked items, which visitors can select via checkboxes directly on the website.
Once selected, the chosen items are passed through to the order form, making it easy for customers to submit tailored requests. This setup gives the team full control over their offerings, while keeping the user experience intuitive and efficient.
Custom Backend Management
Using Laravel, i developed an intuitive admin panel that allows the site owner to:- ▶ Create users with roles for their employees.
- ▶ Add, edit, or remove the menu.
- ▶ Manage their reservation form.
- ▶ Manage all website text content without code changes.
